Spellman High Voltage Electronics Corporation, has acquired the assets of the Lorad LPX product line from Hologic, Inc.. The Lorad LPX is a line of portable industrial X-Ray systems, and further expands Spellman’s presence in the NDT marketplace. Spellman High Voltage Electronics Corporation, headquartered in Hauppauge, New York has purchased the assets of Valhalla, New York based Del High Voltage Corp., formerly a division of Del Global Technologies Corporation (DGTC). Spellman's acquisition of Del (now known as Spellman High Voltage Valhalla), which officially occurred on Oct 1, 2004, merges the assets of Del High Voltage, including their customers, product lines, technology and personnel into the Spellman organization. Our 30,000 square foot manufacturing and engineering facility will continue to operate under Spellman management in Valhalla, New York.
